We welcome your interest in celebrating your marriage commitment at this church and within the context of the Christian community.
Marriage is an important life event, a meaningful time for two people and those who surround them in love.
A Christian wedding is a time of worship; a church offers a suitable place where the symbols of faith are clearly visible. We hold no expectation that all who participate are Christian; our services are intentionally designed to be inclusive of all. We welcome inquiries from all couples.
The content and leadership of the ceremony is under the direction of the Rev. Dr. Steven Chambers, or his designate. Music Director Roy Campbell, or his designate, will play the organ and/or piano at the wedding. Arrangements for music, including other musicians, need to be discussed with him well in advance of the wedding.
There are several accessible spaces suitable for weddings at the church.
This bright, expansive room accommodates 600+ and includes the organ and a grand piano. It is a large space that can be arranged in an intimate way for smaller gatherings.
This room accommodates up to 30 people in an informal atmosphere.
The church hall, a short walk from the sanctuary, accommodates receptions and events of many descriptions – from a wine and cheese gathering or wedding tea to a fully catered meal. An efficient kitchen awaits your caterer. Ask for more details.
