Guest Speaker – Jacquie Bouvier

SHUC Reconciliation Matters is honoured to welcome Jacquie Bouvier to speak to us on June 21, National Indigenous Peoples Day – highlighting the importance of language. Jacquie’s a third-generation residential school survivor. She has mixed Métis and Dene heritage. She’s been active locally, provincially and nationally, including as a member of the Circle of Survivors of the National Advisory Committee on Missing Children and Unmarked Burials. She will also join us in Coffee Time. We hope that we’ll see you on June 21.
