Accessible, affordable multi-use spaces
All rental inquiries are carefully considered for fit with the church mission. Priority is given to requirements of SHUC congregation. When booking conflicts arise, it may be necessary to give notice to the group using the space and to provide an alternate space or refund.
Signed rental agreements are required and terms are negotiated annually in the case of month-to-month rentals. SHUC reserves the right to discontinue a rental agreement. Rental rates are determined at the time of space booking and are honored for the duration of the signed agreement.
